I think it's more a function of how well trained the Chinese are compared to the U.S.. I mean, we are trained too, but we live under the illusion of freedom. That illusion takes a lot more bureaucracy to pull off. The Chinese know they are slaves. They accept it, because the choice they have been given is slavery or death. That's the difference.
We could fire 70% of federal employees and never notice. My mother was a federal employee, and she told me that out of ten people in an office, only three are actually doing all the work. Hence, my claim. Get rid of most of them. I know it's difficult to fire federal employees, but a downsizing would be a great way to do it. I guess.
