Yeah, I don't think that Trump is calling the shots. I believe that he IS part of the plan and is playing his part. This can't be just one person. It is a team. He IS playing his part, and is probably loving it!

Not saying that Trump isn't bright and on top of it. Just that the plan has been in progress before him.
