In the past, Q has posted photos of clouds taken from inside Air Force One. Q took several of these photos taken from slightly different angles and a few seconds apart. We've occasionally gotten a new photo in the series to confirm the authenticity of Q.
That and President Trump says something on social media that mirrors what Q says, posted at the exact same time.

There is a number on each of the those #xxxxx.
Go to the one (QResearch General - Iwo Jima pic) with the highest number which should be the one farthest to the left in the first or second row.
That's the current one with the most recent posts. Once it reaches it's post limit, a new one is created and the number increments.

This in no way nullifies past Q posts or the wins we have had lately. Caution and patience is a good thing.
It is not complicated and can easily be proven Q by someone off the board like scavino/ Trump deltas etc. As far as I know, it has not happened yet.
The board was hacked a while back and caution seems necessary.
