How about like anything in life; remain skeptical.

Wait for future proofs to verify Q, until then consider Schrodinger's cat; It is both dead (Not Q) and alive (Q) until you open the box (until we have further evidence).

I would accept a few coordinated activities with Q posts and Trump statements. Q posts and major news items, etc.
