anti-semitic: Discrimination against Jews as a cultural, racial, or ethnic group.
Since he is talking about a single person's actions it does not fall under cultural, racial, or ethnic groups.
He is talking about the person's actions and not their religion.
Clearly called her that without knowing her religion so therefore it could in no way be anti-semitic.
