Anyone think the military has been in control since sometime during early in Obama's second term? They had to have these plans ready to discuss with Trump in advance of his running for office in 2014 or in order to convince Trump that 'now is the time'. Wonder if the master plan included Trump as part of it, and not 'everything' started/designed with Trump and his EO? Nothing against DJT.

Thomas Wictor suggested that we may have been in a partial devolution under Obama. The fact that someone was able to leverage McConnell to block Obama's judge nominations is a small bit of evidence towards this, imo.
