People with leftist perspectives are very intolerant of anything that doesn't conform to what they think, and if you attempt to offer her anything not in line with leftist thinking, you may not have to worry about dumping her over political views because she may dump you when she realizes you don't think the way she does.
The only person who can change your GF's mind is your GF. Has she ever given you any indication she's open to new information about anything? If she has, I'd start with that topic (even if it's not related to politics) and see how it goes.
