I don’t know how useful it is to share this. She plainly isn’t disagreeing with it beyond how the Court suddenly invalidated the entire country’s abortion laws in one single case. She objects to how quickly this was imposed because the Court doesn’t typically decide issues that are not necessary to resolve a case. And the Court should have incrementally instituted this in a case by case progression instead of all at once. That is all she is saying. And obviously, if they had used her approach, it would have been far less controversial than it ended up being. I think she is complaining that Roe made it far more difficult to permanently enshrine this by pissing so many people off at once.
You are correct. This is not about proving that RGB was against abortion rights. Red pilling happens with little crumbs. Right now the army of the left are so indignant that a perfect decision like RvW has been unconstitutionally overturned (according to them) and there is not even an inch of doubt whether the original ruling was perfect.
Show them that inch of doubt. They are finding lot of people to blame, let them start blaming the original RvW ruling which was an overreach.
Let them say "The original ruling should have stuck to the narrow scope and further cases should have added to it, then we would have a solid basis for the ruling. Damn, I cant believe they were so dumb"
