We’re planning to move back home to the USA, but the information available is a bit confusing. Everyone tells me something different. Thanks.

No, if all else fails go to Mexico and just walk across the Texas border.
If you secure a couple kids while you are there and cross into the US, you'll get to be on a virtue signaling ABC article and money from the US govt.
“Any non-U.S. citizen who has a visa listed in “Immigrant Visa Categories” on the U.S. Department of State’s webpage Directory of Visa Categories; it does not include K nonimmigrant visa holders, who are Covered Individuals (see below)”

EDIT: was updated on June 28th 2022
I personally know this is the link. I check it regularly so our daughter and husband can move here permanently from Brazil.
Kurva, thanks PolishBaldEagle!
Nie ma problemu
No, I believe not. Don't be bullied by the Dem-installed muppets. Simply refuse. They can't fail to obey the legal entry requirements. If all else fails friend, land in Canada, take an uber to the border and walk in.
Landing in Canada won't work, sock boy is still requiring a jab. Hilariously he is inviting American woman needing an abortion to come here, saying no man should dictate a woman's health choices, but if you do come you must be fully vaccinated. 😉
Idealistic I know, but if you had to choose between vaxx and just staying where you are longer, please just stay. Nothing is worth the jab. I'm losing vaxxed people left and right.
Yeah, nah, fuck that. Thanks for the concern, 4 friends have heart issues and 1 family member got guillan barre syndrome from this bullshit
As of right now, no. Your country might require it to leave tho? I think a swisscows search can give you a more direct answer. And also, COME ON "HOME" BUDDY!
Yeah, I really miss it, it’s been 6 long years of dealing with America hating Europeans. The faggots at the CDC say one thing: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/noncitizens-US-air-travel.html
And these faggots say something else: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/vaccinations.html
That depends if she has legal immigration status. My daughter and her husband are living in Brazil patiently waiting for requirement to be lifted because he's not a legal immigrant yet. It doesn't matter of they are married or not. PolishBaldEagle's link below is the official update from CDC.
Yeah, I just saw the vaccine requirements for immigrant visa applicants: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/vaccinations.html
When do you reckon they’ll lift this ridiculous rule??
p.s. I’m Brazilian too! Best of luck to them!
I imagine the rule will change after Brazil's election
And after our US midterm election. Borders are blocked in both countries without vaccination
Thank you! We can't wait😊
Hmmm... Swiss Wife? Does she have more holes than say, a Cheddar wife?
I'm so sorry. I can't help it.
No, not at the moment but, I wouldn't dilly dally about getting her over here. Who knows what tomorrow will bring in clown world.
My daughter just came back (6/23) from a trip to Ireland, and vaccination info wasn't required to re-enter the US.
There was a poster who said that his wife was getting deported due to not getting vaccine. I believe they went to Germany, but can't confirm.
Not if she comes to the right state using a private jet.
Granddaughter just flew back from England; she had to be tested at the airport to see that she was covid-free. Had to push back her flight because she didn't realize the appointment had to be scheduled in advance; not just a walk up appointment
