If the Supreme Court rules that the EPA can't arbitrarily regulate power plants, because they consider CO2 emissions to be an "environmental threat"... then maybe OSHA can't arbitrarily try to regulate vaccines in the workplace either.
Just because a bureau head considers something as a "threat", does NOT mean that they can place themselves in charge of regulating it.

Their war on fracking was meant to stop America's energy independence. The advances in fracking technology made millions of barrels of oil and billions of cubic feet of natural gas profitable to produce.
