I can confirm this happens to all posts and the difference is always the same. Its switching from some system timezone to local time zone. Even the inspect element shows the same:

Hmm, okay. I suppose I'm used to the time zone conversions being instant and out of sight of the users everywhere else. I probably wouldn't have noticed without current events
