Another ruling I was happy about was Xiulu Ruan v United States. It effectively affirmed that doctors have a right to prescribe medicines for off label use if they feel it would help with the disease in question. As long as the government can't prove they intended to do harm by doing so, they're within their rights. It failed to mention which drugs they prescribed and for what, but this clearly would apply to Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine moving forward. Huge win if you ask me.
This is YUGE! Would have been super beneficial two years ago.
Funny thing is, Trump signed the "Right to Try" during his presidency that stated exactly what they ruled on
