It would totally be possible for glowies to setup Jim Watson. In fact I would tend to believe that if Jim made stupid mistakes which allowed anons to uncover something he is being blamed for, (he's not stupid) that he was setup.

Remember Umbrage? CIA tool which can hack a system and leave someone else's fingerprints.
