Pretty much half pork and sub the beef for turkey (93/7 or 97% lean) it's excellent, a quirky but gourmet take on classic American food.
Thanks! Will definitely give it a try.

Sounds good.
I need an air fryer.
Ground turkey > Ground Beef (except burgers)

Turkey Marsala meatballs or Turkey burgers with food processed mushrooms and onions as a filler are some of the other turkey recipes we use.
