Quick observation of the first image suggests it was taken in Cuba or Coldwar era Eastern Europe, ( pre 1990).
The car in the background is a Fiat 124 or derivative that were built under licence in Poland, Russia, Yugoslavia etc. It’s licence plate is white so unlikely to have been Italian.The shape of the cars behind the girl is similar so unlikely to have been taken in Western Europe at the time as hatchback shapes were the norm.
Wasn’t one of the handlers that Maxwell used to control the girls from central to Eastern Europe?

For many years most of Eastern Europe could only choose a car manufactured by the state car manufacturer. Long waiting lists based on loyalty to the party etc. 10 years on from the fall of the wall and there was a desire to buy German etc.
If the photo was taken in 2005 in Ukraine the predominant car would still have been the 124 type. The car she is sitting in is left hand drive.If it’s Ukraine it would have been a relic from the 60s or earlier. It could be American or more likely one of the first two in this link

The soviet bloc tended to be 25 to 30 years behind the west in car design.
RC (right) nose has a different shape (surgery?). I am no autist, but based on the nose I am saying no. IMO - RC has the look of fetal alcohol poisoning to her face. Not all of the signs, but the placement of her eyes, the smothing of her facial features, her nose doesn't look right... As a teacher, I have seen FAS too many times, and she does have a few indicators - maybe mild? Then again, I am not a doctor either...
Also a definite no for me. They look nothing alike. Forehead, eyebrows, nose, chin, size and shape of the face. Nothing looks even similar to me. Two blonde girls, that's where the similarities end.
So from my observations. It is possible they are the same person. Because she is in the shade of the car, her eyes can appear dark although, I can make out a hint of blue. This could be due to her surroundings like a blue car or sky and the other pic has a flash highlighting her eyes by light. The nose I discounted as noses can be broken and deform over time. Tends to stay the same for middle aged and elderly people. The hairline looks very similar and although the roots are darker on the confirmed RC pic, the hair is very similar also, The ears look really similar. The lips look larger and lighter, but that is expected. Everything about the lips looks the same. The skin complexion looks like a match also. I seem to recognise the man in the background. I think that's the true important element here

Seriously though, the driver appears to have features and looks similar to Robert Maxwell ( these features came out in Ghislaine, less so in her brothers Kevin and Ian).
Similar features of Robert Maxwell but definitely not him. Idk what Ukraine has to do with this. I'll have a look for his relatives though
Maxwell always claimed he was a Czech immigrant to the U.K.
His wiki now indicates that he was born in an area now within The Ukraine.

It’s not too much of a stretch to think that when Eastern Europe was falling and opening up to the west the Maxwell family may have been at the front of the queue to establish new ventures in ancestral homelands such as The Ukraine.
Is that not due to the USSR making it part of Ukraine?

Look at the picture of Chandler with Eminem and notice how similar their faces are to one another. A supposed Hollywood insider who went by the name Renegade called them all “jar babies.”
The sadness in these children's faces is heartbreaking.

The car she is sitting in is a Soviet Era Gaz. These were used by the politicians
It may have been a Mosckvich but for the following:-
The chrome around the rear side window is less rounded on the Gaz as in the photo. The Gaz also has its drivers door chromed lock placed away from the handle.
So I’m going for a Gaz which given they were never sent to Western Europe would suggest with high probability that the photo was taken in Ukraine.
