Let's discuss the ruling and the lack of national sovereignty it will undoubtedly enable on our border. Thoughts about state's responsibilities, going forward, on this issue?

Kicks it back to the originating state, where the judge there had ruled in favor of it. The judge will likely uphold it at the state level and hopefully the 5th circuit upholds it against any appeals.
It's a Trump judge that will receive the case, too.
Southern border is already wide open with or without "Remain in Mexico". Not much changes.
Thank you that's what I was going to say.
Ditto.
I have a neighbor who is all for open borders and allowing anyone and everyone in. I literally do not have the patience or energy to try explaining things to him. I listen to music playing in my head when he rambles. I’ve tried with these people, and have gotten nowhere.
i do not understand this way of thinking at all....do people really think all the crap countries are sending us their best and brightest? no their sneding all their trannies, prisoners, families that need welfare, uneducated...etc etc etc
That's not what happened. Read it.

White race population replacement continues with non-whites who haven’t been sterilized by the covid jab. NO JAB REQUIRED TO ENTER!

Fair point
Same ole shit, different day.
Tacos anyone?
I read it as a President can undo another Pres’ EO, and can’t have some activist commie judge in Hawaii for example, say Pres Trump cant undo an EO by Zero44. Short term loss as now POTATUS can undo Trumps border policy, but long term it saves is from being trapped by something POTATUS did. It also puts POTATUS on record for letting all of these criminals in and any crime derived from it, will be squarely on him.
