There's no functional reason for a single button on that part of his jacket, it's the only button, and the opening isn't facing vertically as standard - but at a specific angle as to make the circular button look like a Q, when autists zoom in and check.
Combined with the points in post title, the rate of current events and recent confirmed comms, e.g. 'Scavino Tide turning'... I'd give a 99% chance this is comms or disinfo - probably comms.
Edit: And as 'TheyWereCones' said, even if it's a Harvard pin that doesn't explain the button hole (at an unusual angle) making it look like a Q - also as 'truthloveliberty' said - why would anyone on our side brag about Harvard?
The button is not in the shape of a Q - the bottom part of the circle is the buttonhole opening.
Could be -- but those types of coincidences provide 'comms with plausible deniability'.

Fashion is really weird, there are a lot of buttons that are non functional and pointless.
It is weird in this case though.
I'd be interested to see how many brands put a button there
