Good points. I think L will fill up first.because it has a pipe that enters from the top followed by F. K can't be filled because J feeds into into it through I. Plus the exit from J is at the bottom and the water must rise up to enter I before It can enter K.
Depending on the weight, L could fill up almost exactly at the same time as F.
L gets a drop, and then the weight of the water pushes the water through the tubes into F.
F can never be more full than L.
L, therefore, will fill up first, and then equalize with F, and then fill up again.
