It's possible to believe that they conspire and at the same time not believe they are reptilians.

The level of conspiracy varies, and no one really doubts that the rich conspire; price fixing charges are in the news quite often for example.

I think your right, often I believe the term "reptilian" is used as a metaphor for "cold blooded, inhumane" and or less spiritual evolvement as in "the reptilian brain" of the medulla oblongata.
