This documentary showed evidence from US Govt. Is that proof of its existence? Pretty substantial. I have not finished this documentary. However, my late uncle was involved in the seeding rain program in SW U.S.
The time he did it was in 1960's. I can only imagine what 60 years of technology could possibly bring.
Interesting objection from someone who has not seen documentary.
Do your own research and share what you find. That is what this board is about.
Interesting statement since I did not object, I said it was an interesting subject with a lot of questions, bogus answers and bogus facts.
Every credible conspiracy theory has hostile actors to misdirect and discredit, and this subject is one of the most victimized by those actors.
