I just thought about the precipitous rise in adhd and realize it’s because they are basically letting teachers diagnose kids because they dont have the skills or ability to do what teachers used to do—teach.
Now it’s not about math and reading because they have cried about standards and the ability to hold them accountable. In return they are now ushering all these transformers.
The same assholes who push Ritalin are now pushing trans.
I don't think the ADHD issue has anything to do with the gay/trans factions in schools.
I believe that ADHD is now so common that it cannot be called a disorder, any more than being left-handed is a disorder.
I will say that ritalin helped my son dramatically. His school performance went from abysmal to very good. He had lots of friends and was a happy kid. Not a zombie or anything. Then for his senior year he said he didn't want to take them any more. He was soon failing most of his classes, and we had to helicopter him through to drag him over the graduation line.
The education system is a filter. If you can't finish high school, you will have a tough time building a future. My son, now an adult is med-free and doing very well in a job well suited for somebody with attention-span problems. A job that he needed a high school diploma for.
I was not happy about the initial diagnosis and resisted for a while. But was convinced to go along evenutally. I'm glad I did. But I don't think the teachers were trying to do anything nefarious. They of course believed the kids were truly benefiting from it.
Totally different than grooming.
Your son could very well be the exception. I was as well.
OPs point is, in general, teachers who are qualified to handle a "rambunctious" child (whether highly intelligent, not cut from the cookie dough, or actually a miscreant) are rare. The System has been working to ensure they are rarer, outnumbered and outgunned. This is the slippery slope, infiltrate from within that is endemic to all of Their destructive plans.
Upvoted because well stated on your part, though I disagree.
P.s. Early introduction to Ritalin and other stimulants has proved effective in managing / suspending the blossoming of addictive behaviors in children who are genetically predisposed to The Disease. For this reason alone I'm for it. However, putting it into the hands of teachers and medical professionals (lol) is a dangerous game these days. As I hope we all know, these people are incentivized and motivated by reasons less than pure.

The same teachers believe kids are benefiting from drag shows and sex changes. Just an observation
fuck adhd is shit and you did your child a dis service in drugging him. I think you should seek forgiveness from him for limiting his options and having him coded in school and coded in life. they pass all coded kids along to the next grade.
You can’t possibly lecture someone else on how to raise their kids.
My kid was diagnosed with ADHD before he was in school (it was very apparent, it’s not rocket science).
If he wasn’t medicated, I don’t think he could function in a normal school.
Yeah well they use to line the boys up for the nurse to get there meds. if you believe it is so prevalent now what do you think caused it? Gee they drugged a whole fucking generation of young boys and you think it's great! You should reexamine your past decisions using new eyes from these last two years. You and people like you made the bad fuckers a shit ton of money, all because you couldn't relate with your kid, and they got you believing you did the right thing.
Idk I’ve often thought about this. It could be the same thing that is causing the rise in autism (ADHD and autism are very much linked)…
Vaccines
No school I’ve ever been involved with has “lined kids up to medicate them”
My ADHD kid is doing much better now as he is an adolescent. He is not normal by any stretch, but he’s socially adjusted and had a breakthrough recently with his academic.
Please don’t lecture me on how to parent. You know nothing about me or my family.
Yeah, well my son is doing very well in life and I have no regrets.
Of course my comment was going to bring hostile responses. But we all don't have to agree on everything. I was sharing my personal experience as a datapoint.
Have a great weekend and 4th of July.
You would be wrong about the grooming. This falls directly in line with that philosophy. Grooming doesn't have to only include the perverted shite we see.
