When referring to politicians, RINO is a Republican In Name Only. Rhino is the shortened version of rhinoceros.

Also, a unicorn is a one-horned rhinoceros, as opposed to the two-horned type. People have been confused about that for over 400 years. The scientific name of the one-horned rhinoceros is Rhinoceros unicornis.
