I agree that corrupted voting is a major source of their power. I discovered something interesting. When I started a discussion here on how to solve this with a better designed voting system, offering my best ideas and asking for comment, I had exactly zero engagement. I thought I remembered hearing about a blockchain based system that was being tested in Russia a few yrs ago. Anyone hear anything further on that?

The easy answer is simple, unlike the solution:

It's a complex answer and just because you demand something be fixed doesn't mean you have the answers on how to fix it. Some answers are stupid, or incomplete, or miss the issues that need to be fixed so engagement on how to fix something will always be lower than engagement on something that needs to be fixed.
