Yes we have gun rights. But none is exercised but by those who forego the pleasure of being licensed. The freedom to have and carry firearms ended in 1919, for obvious reasons.
Some people have a license to have a gun, but it can only be used:
when a hunting permit is present
on a range.
Even for a airsoft gun one needs a license.
Do people have guns? Yes they do, but eh .... many " illegal", tucked away for the utmost of circumstances.
That's all and good, but when the police state begins to arrest peaceful protesters and beat them I think it is time for the populace to bring their firearms to the party. If the police can bring their guns, then the citizens should bring their own guns, too. Remember, there is a lot more civilians than there is politicians and police and military. He who has the most firepower controls the levers of government.
That said, the disparity between dutch government and the populace is deteriorating at a fast pace. Somebody will do something stupid and light the fuse. Probably some snorting Romeo or something.
Shots were fired without cause already. They will escalate, because based on GENEVA III, landwar: public order is the prime directive for any occupying force.
And since 1814: The Netherlands IS an occupied territory by foreign forces under a foreign flag.
Do the Dutch have gun rights? Heck, do they even have guns?

Yep, in the end, it always comes down to that:
Bigger guns and more of them.
