The great stonemasons of the world have lost the ability to recreate what we see in the grand cathedrals and capitol buildings found world wide. It's another red flag to add to OP's post.
I guess for theorizing, we could start with modern equipment, then work backwards in time from there. Should be "easy" enough to build a modest cathedral with cranes and everything else. It of course gets real interesting when you don't have those to build with.
Have a look at the "veiled sculptures" carved from single pieces of granite. These miraculous artworks are absolutely impossible to create today. By anyone...
I agree. It's been done many times. One example I'm well aware of is the attempted moving of the stones used to build Nan Madol, a place I've personally explored. Actually was lucky enough to have had a meeting with Micronesia's leading archeologist Mauricio Rufino while I was there. The "re-creators" failed dismally to move 5 ton stones on their boats (using modern equipment). But the official narrative states that stones up to 50 tons were moved and lifted into place via boat...
I believe Mark Twain may have a quote or two regarding this. Hitler also. Something along the lines of repeating a lie long enough and it becomes the truth. Also something about it being easier to convince people of a lie than to convince them they’ve been lied to...
The longer the lie is maintained, particularly over many generations, the harder it is to break the spell. People must be willing to dig deeper and learn to THINK for themselves.

Man, we've been lied to about so much. But how do you fool so many for so long?
