The book isn't fiction. The author meticulously researches his material before writing them. He gets newspapers, diaries, letters, etc. from the people alive and involved with the subject he writes about. I read his book about Churchill during the year+ that London, and other cities, were bombed. Truly amazing to read! My wife, as a civil engineer, would have caught anything that didn't make engineering sense.
I’m sorry fren, the murders may have been real, the official narrative for the construction and subsequent demolition of the hundreds of mega palaces, statues, canals and fountains of the Colombian Exposition most definitely is not. If you and your wife choose to believe such things then so be it. She may be a civil engineer, I’m a builder with 30 years experience in all aspects of construction and demolition. I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree.
