Well, I have actually been told that ^ by countless of my class & clinical students, plus Nutritional doctors too :) The docs have Biochemistry-knowledge I don't, but as far as applying... healthy nutrition etc yes - more than a few I have left speechless with my questions which I then had to explain... before they understood.
Really really enjoy it and learned alot. Will share my notes when I'm off work. Watched it alone. Hopefully will get her to watch it later as well. She was resting yesterday cause her back.
