Pretty sure there are loads of celebrities and other famous people, like sports players, that have tattoos with all-seeing eyes on them. All part of a common club. I've never known a single normal person to have a tattoo with the eye.
Never seen one. Maybe a tattoo of a person's face that has eyes on it (obviously) but never one single eye that specifically looks masonic in origin.
