I'm not particularly interested in the Law. Care to make your point more clear for the layman? What does this text have to do with Scalia's murder?
The implication here is that Scalia stood in opposition to discussions in Roe and Casey remaining in effect, and was killed for it. It’s not well stated nor is it well supported by this passage.
I do not believe Scalia just croaked, but any potential motive for foul play needs more than a dissenting opinion.
The timing of his death is most suspicious. The left wanted to replace a conservative constitutionalist with a liberal activist. Since Odummy was the President, he nominated Merrick Garland. The Turtle would not put the nomination up for a vote, but waited until a new president was elected. Maybe the Turtle wanted to give Hilary her first nomination immediately, or maybe the Turtle was hoping for Trump. Inquiring Minds Want to Know!
I think the D's thought they were going to force a vote on Merrick Garland. Scalia was killed for nothing. I think McConnell "The Turtle" wouldn't let the vote happen because he knew they killed him.
Scalia and McConnell came up together and were friends.
Well said, CG. I have little doubt about the nature of Scalia's demise. But there's nothing definitive here in my mind as to the reason. It'll take far more convincing to get me to believe he was murdered over RVW. Far more compelling reasons are available.
His Dissenting Opinion, if followed through, would necessarily destroy ALL Same Sex Marriages, Gays Adopting Children, In many places it might make Homosexuality Illegal, just to name a few points that connect.....
So yeah, with all the Homo Shit flying around, it wouldn't surprise me if it was a Paid Hit by some Homo....
Wasn't there discussions about him being a pedo and raping some boy at that ranch? Seems once the funeral was over little was said, the news and his family went quiet. I bet there a lot more to what happened there and I don't think his thoughts about R v W had anything to do with his death.
Scalia is saying that Roe, Casey and other Connected Rulings are not consistent with the Constitution, or any Real Rights and Liberties.....
He flat out says that they are Arbitrary Rulings where the Judges ignored the Law, and just made a Judgement Call according to their Whims, Prejudices, feelings, etc., but none of it falls in line with actual Law.....

I don't think his death had to do with this. There were odd events shortly before his death, and it was very odd that his family requested there be no medical exam, and he was cremated very quickly. IMHO he knew what was in store for him.
I did not know that I had to be the curator of info for everyone who supposedly accused of having the ability to read and comprehend what they have read.....

I think it was more to do with the potential of Affirmative Action being overturned. Think of the downstream impact that would have... D's would lose their "slave grip" on the black population.
Did Q ever comment on who carried out the hit on Scalia? They were pretty clear about it being MS13 in the case of Seth Rich. Scalia's 187 was pretty close to the border...
