Him getting given back his rightful presidency, after 2 years of Biden... would it count as a 'term' or would it be like if a VP took over after the 2 year mark and he could run for another?

I believe if Trump comes back when there is more than 2 years left in Xidens term that would count as a full term and Trump wouldn't be able to run in 2024
