Just celebrated my 10 yrs sober from herion/opiates
EPIC Accomplishment
Yesterday i met my 10 yr milestone. So if you or someone you know or love is struggling with addiction I just want you to know the recovery is possible and I am living proof.
It recommends oregano oil and black seed oil.
"But muh @SeedOilDsrspctr"!
Well, which is it? Is seed oil good or bad?
Seed oils as a significant portion of your diet; fried foods, mayo, chips, even in places you would not expect to need oils at all.
They are bad because of how they are processed, the types of fats in them, and the abundance of them in the standard diet.
It's a bit different from having a teaspoon of a seed oil as a supplement.
It's not about being a puritan either.
It's interesting to see which groups have the most trouble swallowing which part of the protocol. Protocol simplying being: NAC, Oregano, Black Seed Oil.
For most of /x/, it's the NAC they are most wary of. I find Q frens embrace that no problem, as it was a common component of anti-COVID/shedding Zinc stacks.
