Untreated sinus infections can linger for a long time.
When I was a kid, I had a sinus infection that lasted about a month before I realized it wasn't getting better and had to see a doctor for an antibiotic regimen.
It lasted about a week and a half longer before clearing up.
I could taste or smell almost nothing properly or at all, except for very strong vinegar based things for some reason.
Yes they do!! The mucus layer blocks the olfactory glands thus preventing smell and taste.
The thing is people have very short memory and the media hyped it up.
You how I know? My birthday is around Thanksgiving and every year growing up I would get the flu, and I couldn't smell what my mom was cooking nor could I taste my birthday cake.
Can’t? Change her mind with different input. She was brainwashed using fear as the key. You have observed hypnotist make someone act like a chicken or feel cold or hot. It’s just their brain. All senses go to your brain for processing. Fear and repetition planted the ideas. Get mad at the hypnotist not the people who are trying to wake them up
I have no doubt that your symptoms were real to you. The power of suggestion is powerful. Once you get sick your brain starts magnifying everything cnn told you.
This is the only reason why drug companies advertise. Hey doc, I saw this ad, so you think I should buy that drug? Well let’s just see if it’s covered by your plan. Ah yes, let me sign you up for a bottle of that. Good choice.
You are correct, queue_anon. How nice for everyone who got covid and do not have any after effect or changes in their health but not all of us got away scott-free.
No, it isn’t like any coronavirus/cold/flu I ever had… mine is just wrapping up, got it right before the 4th. A LOT of my coworkers have had it in the last two months, but their symptoms sounded more cold/flu like. I have never had sudden onset neuropathy/spine pain with any cold or flu, ever. That was some fucked up man made shit. And the fever fucked with my brain - felt demonic honestly, pulled me way down. I took turmeric, invermectin, dose of immunity, etc., but it still got me. I never felt in danger of dying, though… that part of it being deadlier than the flu is of course bullshit and being used to control us. I think the virus, like the vaccine, produces a horrible, inflammatory effect, attacks the immune system, endocrine system, etc. just my personal opinion. It did not act like any cold or flu I’be had.
That's all covid ever was.
Most colds and flus do not take your sense of smell away for 6 weeks bro. It was a legit bioweapon, an overhyped one, but it was not just a flu/cold.
False. Loss of sense of taste/smell is a common symptom and always has been.
Further to the point, it is also a common symptom of a sinus infection which a cold or flu can cause.
Yes but only for a few days, not months.
Also false.

It’s six months later and my wife still can’t eat certain cheeses, sour creams, etc. normal colds don’t do that.

It’s not the same. My wife could not taste anything for months and had no congestion that would cause it.
I have no doubt that your symptoms were real to you. The power of suggestion is powerful. Once you get sick your brain starts magnifying everything cnn told you.
Yeah the power of suggestion is real I agree.

My GF still struggles with both taste and smell two years later. Wasn’t some regular old “cold/flu” bug.

Correct, some people are just convinced it's not a legit bioweapon that was released. I assume they watched some bs video and are 100% convinced.
