It's getting to our pets. They pick up on stress... but we really aren't that distressed... or I should say any more stressed than normal. But THIS -- this is B-A-D. Every one of our dogs is in distress... showing up as Stress Colitis.
Sorry to have to describe it - but this IS a research site. So, stress colitis reveals itself in #2. It's mucousy and clear to milky translucent goo. And yes, they cannot hold it like they normally do for our walks.
Could it be that the demonic distress in the unseen world is seeping through to the very keen senses of our pets? I remember when our cat would go nuts about half an hour before an earthquake (Alaska and also N. Carolina)
If your pets are out-of-sync, too -- then I may be onto something here. In the meantime - I'm praying for each of you, my Frens. Plus, it's my birthday - stepping in poo was not how I expected to wake up to the glorious number 59.
This happened to my dog, but eventually his stools became bloody mucus. Had him tested, and the Vet said he had kidney problems. That's not at all uncommon in dogs. Switched him to a low protein dog food per the vet. It did not help.
Then I switched him to the following diet that I make myself:
Chopped yams (from a can, packaged in water) + oatmeal soaked overnight in chicken and beef broth for flavor + a little chopped bologna
His stool problems totally disappeared.
will try this immediately! thank you!!
Address their diet- Cut out processed dog food. Feed them food you make yourself. You'll be glad you did. It's cheaper and they'll have less problems. Don't pump them with vaccines and prescriptions. Don't microchip. Don't spray your yard and neighborhood with pesticides/herbicides. Don't neuter until after they are a year old, if you need to do it at all. ALL these things are harming the animals immune systems. All these things interfere with the healthy immune response. They are the canary in the coalmine for what is happening to the children. And for those of you who profess to love the Lord- the bible clearly states in the commandments that it is forbidden to castrate male animals. For those who are atheists who pride yourself on your intellect, I would posit a question- who is more likely to defend the home a castrated dog or uncastrated? Who does it benefit to disarm the public from all forms of defense? Your immune system is a form of DEFENSE. Your dog is a form of DEFENSE. Clean food is a form of DEFENSE. Get the picture?
got it -- loud and clear! good input!
Bless you and your lucky pets!
yes, I've noticed this too, and wish i could share a picture of my cats. they used to go outside, now they stay inside and eat all day, a couple of chubbies! And then they complain if their food dish is empty. this is a mama cat and her son, and she used to hunt on her own, bring us presents. now she never goes out.
My cats are doing the opposite of their history. The two that were in a lot now are out, one of them 24/7. The third cat, who used to spend most of her time outside in the summer, is now in most of the time. This has been going on since some time in late May or early June. Their food intake seems to be the same, though.
I live way out in the country where it's peaceful and quiet, and haven't changed a thing in my routine, so they've not been exposed to any more observable stress than before, but energy is carried in the wind and I'm thinking with the whole planet being in an energetic uproar they might be reacting to that.
interesting details/thanks for sharing and I agree, think there's something energetic going on and they can sense it. my cats used to have beautiful coats, and now they're matted/I need to help them groom. almost like they're a couple of liberals;) but I still love them, they're my babies. have also noticed the bugs are acting different, used to have a ton of flies this time of year, now not so much.
Interesting you're seeing fewer bugs. I'm seeing more flying insects than usual, though not necessarily flies, but I have a lot of barn swallows and they keep the flies in check. It isn't just me thinking that because my farrier noticed it also.
Firstly, happy birthday!
Now, I can think of a few reasons this could be happening aside from your own stress levels affecting the pets.
I've heard that some pet food companies will cut more corners when the economy is tough and save themselves a buck while delivering a worse product. (They tend to get away with it because our pets can't tell us the food is tasting worse than before)
If they're outside animals that like to roam a bit, your neighbors could be affecting them.
If they're outside animals that like to roam, the other animals in your area could be causing them stress. If you live in an area where people have been shooting off a lot of fireworks because of the 4th, the animals (wild or domestic) in the area could very easily be on edge and causing problems for your own animals.
Some other medical condition is causing them undue stress.
And, of course it could always be a combination of any of the above.
My K9s are fine. Try giving them some white rice and unsweetened pumpkin (look in baking section) for a week. That usually tightens them up. Happy BD - I'm catching up to ya ; )
Happy 59th Turdday, fren! 😋😂
Thank you!
Happy birthday Pede. Here's to hoping that there will be less poo to clean from the collective soles of our boots as the globalists' completely lose their grip on power.
Happy birthday my fren. My dog is not experiencing that. Will keep an eye out. Thanks for the heads up. I do pray for my dog DAILY though
Blessings and good health wishes to you and yours!
Yeah animals just get old, but once I made all my animals outdoor only, it seems like they all love life much more.
Animals love being outside, which is why I let mine have free rein to be in or out (kitty door), in spite of the outside hazards. My house is far enough from the low-traffic road that I don't have to worry about cars, but coyotes and owls can be a problem.
Yep they sure do! I have alot of predatory animals around me, but my dogs are rather large and cats are just smart lol. The rest of my animals typically not much will mess with, also I have cameras all around my house so anything messes around, they typically find out from me or my dogs lol.
