Now the game of discovery will start. Expect slow-walking and stonewalling from this Administration. It's not a win if the Biden Administration doesn't provide the evidence.
This ruling establishes probable cause and permission to access the alleged evidence.

It was actually dismissed a few hours before this guy posted that, it was dismissed due to "lack of jurisdiction"

Looking at this link you provided, it says proposed order. To me, this doesn't sound like a done deal. Often, the pursuant attorneys will right up a proposed order to make it easier for the judge to sign and rule on. At least, this has been my experience with it.
