Better start reading labeled folks. They’re putting crickets in your food whether you like it or not.

Yes, it’s true. You might be safe with organic chocolate bars but I doubt it. I haven’t had any processed sugar or chocolate bars in ten days. I still can’t believe I’ve made it this long. I know I’m an addict! When I truly want something I’ll make from scratch.
A recipe for organic chocolate would be nice. Including brands. 🤤 (drooling emoji if you can’t tell).
I buy organic cacao powder. It’s the raw version of cocoa. You can order it online from multiple retailers. I normally find it cheaper at TJ Maxx, Marshall’s or Home Goods.
Search online for recipes. The possibilities are limitless. Most recipes might call for chocolate chips. I skip those because they are very expensive now and most have soy or worse. I used to buy organic chocolate chips before Biden. In NC we have a higher tax on certain items like candy, soda etc. That doesn’t help. The healthier chocolate is made with coconut or sunflower oil. Many recipes use solid coconut oil that requires melting. That’s the recipes I search for. Research alternative sugars. Coconut & Beet are popular & I don’t find an after taste. Maple syrup is good as a sweetener.
