By coincidence, I avoid sugar myself because I'm already "pre-diabetic" and I take supplements: D3 10,000 iu, zinc 30 mg, vit C 1000 mg and I eat sauerkraut each day. In fact I'm currently trying to ferment my own. I didn't know it contained vit C.
Maybe this is why covid didn't kill me back in 2020?
Once you start fermenting, its a slippery slope to insanity.
It's so easy, and so good for you, not just C but Bs as well.
It's the enzymes that's the big plus, the cultivation of the probiotics ensures a constant source of enzymes.
Several books floating on the net with tons and tons of recipes.
Happy bubbles.
Basically the biggest idiot on YouTube. Physicalists seem like the smartest people, until you turn around and leave the cave.
Fruit was not mentioned for a good source of vitamins, although I did agree with almost all he spoke about. Sugar is definitely the worst ‘food’ but also all cheeses and most dairy are also really bad. Meat eggs and grains not good either as they all cause acidosis which is basically the root of all illness. Dr Robert Morse is the source.
Most fruit is high in fructose. Grass-fed meat is fine. I haven't heard of "acidosis" - sounds woo woo to me.
Grains are mostly available as refined carbohydrate so obviously I avoid these. Also so-called "vegetable oils" that are actually seed oils and high in omega 6, which is inflammatory. Stick with olive oil, coconut oil, fish oil and fresh animal fats. Avoid the rest.
Grass fed meat might be fine for you, but the cow, not so much. Not saying what you should eat, just giving the animals point of view. Fruit is the best food, saying it’s high in fructose doesn’t mean that’s a bad thing. Only refined sugar is bad. Fruit sugar good.
