I thought everyone knew this? It seemed obvious to me. The crimes they hold over these people's heads are hard core stuff that will get you sent to jail for decades. Its stuff like pedophilia or murder etc. Simply sniffing around the government trough for money is done by everyone on every side. They need something serious for it to have enough weight to make people obey no matter what.
