This is what I am inclined to go with. It's not a real position per se despite xirs supposed educational qualifications. It comes across as a poke to the actual Q and the anons. TS level and above checks aren't completed in a day or two, they take a long time, this obviously got some sort of rush job attaches to it, and very doubtful it is full clearance. This weirdo being a whitehat is a bit of a stretch imo.
