I would say that you can't be confident at all. Because what you have is not a question. What you have is a clinging to a belief to help you evade certain truths that you cannot yet face. The better something answers your "question", the more you won't want to hear it.
I have a theory on what a "virus" might actually be. From my limited research in virology, I have come to believe that there has never been a complete viral DNA sample ever found. A small fragment of DNA may be found and by utilizing software to "predict" what the entire structure would look like. Perhaps fragments are all that exist. What if this fragment of DNA is simply a piece of genetic code from another animal? What is some DNA fragments can actually enter a foreign cell by some mechanism and cause transcription of the replication system of a cell to produce more copies of itself and/or certain proteins that would be normal in the parent animal, but is hostile in the new host? The mRNA vax is what gave me this theory. If the spike protein reeks havok on some people's system, could foreign DNA fragments have the same effect? I am not a biologist, nor am I in any way connected with medicine. This is simply a theory that I have and if someone else that is more educated in this field could weigh in to let me know if I am completely off base, it would be greatly appreciated.
https://learninggnm.com It's ALL there. Every example you want to give is answered. Just go to the index and look for any disease / symptom and you will find the explanation.
It does answer your questions. It's a huge site that takes weeks or months to read. You come back to me in a few hours and tell me it doesn't answer your questions. You probably glanced for all of 5 minutes. You probably glanced for as long as a liberal glances at a trump speech. Let's see what's your question, "How can a family have the same symptoms". Simple. Because they're going through the same conflict, because they have shared experiences. How can a new born get virus symptoms the same as a 3 year old? You don't need to "believe" anything to get symptoms. If you can feel fear or any emotion or make preconceptual judgments then you can experience a conflict. You can experience conflicts in the womb. Just go and read the website in full already. Look up the supposed virus symptoms that you're confused about on the website and find out what conflicts cause them. It's really the simplest knowledge about health available and is immediately understood if you're courageous.
Then explain why one person in a family can get sick, and then others in the family get sick with the same symptoms?
Or explain how a new born (who doesn't believe in anything) can get sick with the SAME VIRUS his 3yr sibling caught from someone else?
Bacteria, toxins, parasites, germs exist. Observed under microscopes, proven.
If you have read the books, but can't provide an answer to my questions, how confident can I be that me reading the books will answer my questions?

Does not answer the questions I asked you.
If you, who has gone there, can't answer the questions then I have little inclination to believe I can go find the answers.
