My wife worked for a health board in the U.K.

In 2015 the CEO removed 2 disabled parking spaces by the entrance to a hospital and installed 2 electric charging points.

Yes the installation coincided with the delivery of his green electric company car.

He also introduced enhanced mileage allowances for electric vehicle users and funded it by reducing the mileage allowance for essential community based healthworkers.
