McCauley Caulkin said that Steven Spielberg told him that he raped and killed Heather with some other producers on set (which was a very common and regular thing) and they played it off as some genetic stomach issue when in reality they drugged and sodomized her so badly one time that they ruptured her colon leading to sepsis and death.

Spielberg also claimed to have made his infamous red leather shoes out of Heather's skin. Which is also another commonly claimed thing done in those circles, they wear red shoes made out of their child sacrifice victims and flaunt them in pictures. I do not believe Speilberg had such a conversation with Culkin or that Culkin said that conversation occured. It's too convenient. However, since Heather attended the same school as my daughter and there was plenty of suspicious talk about what happened to that sweet child, I do believe a group of adult male entertainment executives are responsible for her death.
