Hey Nadler, listen to this. Everyone repeat after me, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." So the answer is NO.

And reminder: "A well regulated militia" doesn't mean regulated by the federal government, and is a separate statement from "the right of the people to keep and bear arms"
