First time I heard of BBB&E but I've been doing this diet for over a year now. Some people call it carnivore. Before that I was doing Keto. I dropped from 215 down to 175 and got off my blood pressure medicine. But, that was not the biggest benefit for me.
My whole life I've been treated for digestion issues. Not to be crude by I'm 60 and until a year ago I never had a normal bowel movement. Last year I asked my gastroenterologist what it would be like to have a normal bowel movement and he explained it to me. All my doctors prescribed more and more fiber for my diet. Last year, I finally decided to go all in on carnivore and to stop taking all fiber supplements. I was terrified that I was going to get totally stopped up. But, guess what, the exact opposite happened. For the last year, my lifetime of gastrointestinal issues are gone. My digestive system is now functioning normally.
I just watched a video of a doctor explaining you can eat all you want on the BBB&E/carnivore diet. The thing is, when you eat this way your body tells you when to stop eating. You will get satiated very quickly. For supper I used to eat a salad, backed potato, half ear of corn, and a 8 to 10 ounce ribeye. Now on the carnivore diet I get stuffed after about 5 ounces of ribeye. Listen to your body.
They are trying to strip Trump of his Presidential immunity. I say we strip the Judges of their immunity. Then Trump can sue these corrupt Judges and make them pay.
We may very well need a lot of unskilled, cheap labor in the U.S. If so, change the immigration laws and vet the people coming in. So what's wrong with that? Well, in places like CA where the minimum wage is $15 you need slave labor to pick the vegetables. When are we as a society going to tell is like it is. We can't have mentally ill people making decisions that mature adults need to make. Who are the mentally ill you ask? LGBTQIA2S+ABCXYZ These people make up a small percentage of the U.S. population. They are over represented in government. The fact is they should not be there at all. Why? Mentally ill people should not be making decisions that affect everyone else's lives.

But it didn't, and the only 3 times I got the flu was when I took the vax. I'm done with big pharma.
