Stolen elections should always be met with violence, when peaceful redress is ignored.

The true sovereignty lies in "We the People" as clearly spelled out in the Constitution. All other laws are subordinate to "We the People". When international law violates not a single God given right of First Blood and Then Land, it has found its place in exchange of international commerce.
To your question directly, as Admiralty law stands today, it's in violation of "We the People" and the US Constitution.
What they do to Trump pisses me off, but what they do to to FLOTUS infuriates me.
