What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
Yes! First, ditch the sunglasses. Once you train yourself to absorb the sun you can start “gazing.” I never really stare directly into the sun. I focus more on not squinting and allowing the natural surrounding light in. This is a hard thing to do!
Getting out in the morning and being mindful of the feelings the sun has on your body also provides benefits. For example, when I do my morning gardening I make a point to find a nice sunny spot. I usually find a comfortable position on in the ground, stretch a little, pray, and look towards the sun. I start with my eyes closed. Once I gain control of my breathing, mind, and body I open my eyes and look “near” the sun. I just can’t get myself to stare directly, just yet.....
Did not say to stay directly. Good grief.

I never heard of this until just now, presumably because it's a profoundly stupid practice that can cause instant blindness.
Healthline also tells you to get your covid vaccine and Wikipedia can be written by all sorts of morons. I take it you value where you get your information from. You must not have read the clarifying point I made. Pick and choose what you wish to perceive. We do live in a matrix.
You don’t think that in some moderation it could be beneficial? To clarify...I’m not saying stare at it like a retard for minutes on end at the hottest times of the day. It’s sunrise and sunset for literally seconds at a time. The sun offers many benefits to all living things. It’s evident.
You don’t think that the rules of “Don’t look at the sun!!” could be another thing “science” has fooled us on to keep us from finding a healing source on the Earth that God provided us with?
Sun gazing is an ancient rite that existed in several cultures as Mayan, Aztec, Egyptian, Greeks, Tibetan and Indian Yoga. It is not only beneficial for receiving vitamins it also expands your pineal gland.
