They cranked the BS knob so far it snapped off. They are unironically claiming that honey nut fucking cheerios and lucky charms are healthy alternatives to... eggs for breakfast.
Go for dark leafy greens - spinach and arugula.
Throw some olive oil, feta cheese, brocooli, cucumber, and salmon on it, and you're probably going to feel awesome afterwards.
Seed oils are actually being shown to have highly inflammatory properties. Use beef tallow instead.
How is this downvoted.. literally the best comment here. Remove all seed oils from your life. Eat tallow and grass fed butter. I basically only eat the bottom 3 items on that list and am as healthy as can be.
