I propose that we mail every politician who has pushed MuH GReEn EneRgY, one of these windmill blades to their offices, and homes, (especially their beachfront homes).
There was 3 rows of blades, cut into what looked like thirds, just piled up in a field, adjacent to the road, ready to head to their hole in the ground. Too bad more ppl don't even see it
Glassfibre can be burned but that produces toxic gases from the resin, which need to be dealt with (expensive) and leaves glass that is somewhat contaminated and difficult (expensive) to recycle.
In contrast, the landfill solution means that after a million years or two, soil microbes break down the resin leaving clean glassfibre for future generations to deal with.
Well I figured out a long time ago that the only money in free energy is in the building of the equipment that makes the energy. The design them for early failure. Gotta replace those parts. Tesla made generators over 100 years ago that still operate at Niagara falls. These guys can't get 5 years out of their cheap Chinese motors and crumby blades.
Same situation as solar panels. There are valleys of landfills with them in California. Why can’t people see through this obvious BS?
Then the solar panels leech toxic metals etc. into the ground... Because it's not feasibly possible to recycle them efficiently.
Wait. Unicorns aren't real?🐸

HOW DARE YOU
And what genius thought to make them non-recyclable?
Not a genius, that one's for sure.
And they are killing our birds. Hundreds of bald eagles alone, our national bird, have been killed by these stupid inventions.
Recently drove by a 'wind farm.'

Can an anon explain why landfills are a thing for me please? That seems like a very big waste of material.

A million years or two sounds expensive to me lol.
And how many tax dollars did that little experiment cost us?
