... I deal with cash all day long and cannot find one with Janet yellen, or anything printed under the Biden administration

I couldn't find why there are no bills dated after 2017 but Janet Yellens signature is not on the bills because Biden has not appted a confirmed Treasury Secy yet. Once both slots are filled, the signatures will go on new bills. NY times article
