I couldn't find why there are no bills dated after 2017 but Janet Yellens signature is not on the bills because Biden has not appted a confirmed Treasury Secy yet. Once both slots are filled, the signatures will go on new bills. NY times article

I already read that. I don't buy it at all. The treasury sec. does not need congress. Biden just picks somebody and that's that. Maybe he is just too busy falling off his bike.
