I couldn't find why there are no bills dated after 2017 but Janet Yellens signature is not on the bills because Biden has not appted a confirmed Treasury Secy yet. Once both slots are filled, the signatures will go on new bills. NY times article

I already read that. I don't buy it at all. The treasury sec. does not need congress. Biden just picks somebody and that's that. Maybe he is just too busy falling off his bike.
It was easy for Yellen to commit to that when she knew there would be no way to deliver it before the dollar collapses.
